Welcome to CDR Counseling Services, LLC!  If you or your teen are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety or panic attacks, problems with drugs or alcohol, relationship/peer struggles, experiencing a major life change or traumatic event, difficulty coping with daily stressors such as parenting, work, school, or feeling overwhelmed and burned out - I can help!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years experience located in Princeton, NJ.  I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from Rutgers University and a Master's of Science degree in Social Work from Columbia University.  I have clinical experience caring for teens and adults at all levels of care including employee assistance programs, inpatient, partial hospital, intensive outpatient and traditional outpatient treatment, both individually and in group settings.  I am a member of the New Jersey chapter of NASW.

I accept most major insurance plans, both in and out-of-network, as well as Medicare.  I file all insurance claims and will resolve any billing issues on your behalf.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions using a HIPPA secured website.

If you are uninsured or you plan not to submit a claim to your insurance company, you will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate of services rendered that will be provided to you prior to your first scheduled appointment.  This is part of The No Surprises Act that went into effect on January 1, 2022.
